The Henry County Council for Quality Growth is a blight on our county government. Remember at a recent BOC meeting they wanted to reduce the fees for permits. Just ask the BOC to upgrade the road standards for new subdivisions and see them swarm the BOC. Recall that one of the commissioners said that our roads are stressed by traffic produced by builders and developers. Then the county takes on maintenance. Look for yourself at new subdivisions and perhaps only a year later. Your tax dollars at work not the builder.
